绳索救援中普鲁士抓结安全性研究

为获得普鲁士抓结在极限受力情况下应用安全性的定量研究结果,了解普鲁士抓结失效时可能出现的情况,采用试验研究的方法,从主、辅绳直径差值、缠绕圈数等角度设置12个试验项目,通过拉力试验机对各试验项目逐一进行极限静拉实测,直至普鲁士抓结失效,得到普鲁士抓结失效的4种典型现象:短距滑移后绳圈断裂、多次短距滑移后绳圈断裂、短距滑移后主绳绳皮断裂和持续滑移.结果表明:主辅绳直径差越大、辅绳缠绕圈数越多时抓结的握持效果越佳;12.5 mm主绳与8 mm辅绳搭配且缠绕圈数为6圈时,是最佳使用组合,安全性最好.
Study on the Application Safety of Prusik Hitch in Rope Rescue
In order to obtain the quantitative research results of the application safety of the prusik hitch under ultimate strength conditions,understand the possible situation when the hitch fails,and provide theoretical refer-ence and safety suggestions for various emergency rescue teams at all levels to conduct rope rescue operations,12 experiments were set up with different diameters of the main rope and accessory cord and the different number of winding loops.The ultimate static tensile tests were carried out one by one through the tensile testing machine until the Prusik hitch fails.Four typical phenomena of prusik hitch failure were obtained,including rope loop fracture after short distance sliding,rope loop fracture after repeatedly short distance sliding,main rope sheath breaking after short distance sliding and continuous sliding.The results show that the holding effect of the prusik hitch is bet-ter when the diameter difference between the main rope and the accessory cord is bigger and the number of loops is more,and when the 12.5 mm main rope is paired with the 8mm accessory cord and the number of loops is 6,it is the best combination providing the best security.
