The development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data has promoted the continuous improvement of the smart,networked and digital level of police equipment and equipment manage-ment.There is an urgent need for versatile talents with strong police operational capabilities and problems-solving ability.Based on the introduction of the background and significance of the discipline establishment and analysis of the problems faced in the construction and development,this paper puts forward the development measures of the discipline based on the concept of OBE and the innovative framework of collaboration among universities,police organs and enterprises,including training practical talents,optimizing talent training program,building collabora-tive mechanism,creating discipline characteristics and maintaining long-term development.
