Research on the Disciplinary System of Public Security Colleges and Universities from Ecological Perspective
Introducing ecological theory into the field of discipline construction helps to understand the interdependence and mutual influence between disciplines.From the perspective of ecology,a good academic ecol-ogy has such typical characteristics as diversity,balance,symbiosis,adaptability,and openness.However,the academic ecology system of public security colleges and universities faces the situation of imbalance in structure,lack of openness,weak growth,and lack of cross-sectoral integration,which restricts the improvement of talent training quality,core competitiveness,and scientific and technological innovation capabilities.This paper proposes further optimizing the discipline structure layout by developing military science disciplines and expanding supporting disciplines,and carrying out discipline transplantation research in order to improve and enrich the academic ecology of public security colleges and universities.
