摘要
构建独立的消防法学学科,符合学科建设和专业发展未来趋势,能及时回应我国消防法治实践不断发展、推进应急管理体系和能力现代化、培养专门从事消防法治建设人才的迫切需要.消防法学具有独特的研究对象、研究方法、学科价值、学科知识容量及其区别其他学科的特有性和排他性,是我国消防科学与法学融合发展的交叉学科.立足基础理论与法治实践建构消防法学学科,整合相关学科发展要素,提出优化开放理念、厘定方法、重视储量、完善体系等构建消防法学学科的基本路径.
Abstract
The construction of an independent discipline of fire protection law is in line with the future trend of discipline construction and professional development,and can timely respond to the urgent needs of the continuous development of China's fire protection law practice,promoting the modernization of emergency management system and capacity,and cultivating talents specializing in the construction of fire protection law.This law has its own unique research object,research method,discipline value,discipline knowledge capacity as well as its uniqueness and exclusivity that distinguish itself from other disciplines.It is an interdisciplinary subject with the integrated development of fire protection science and law in China.The construction of fire protection law discipline should be based on basic theory and legal practice,integrate the development elements of relevant disciplines,optimize the opening concept,determine methods,pay attention to reserves and improve the basic path of the system,which is beneficial to the construction of emerging disciplines with Chinese characteristics and the development of fire higher education.
