Research Progress and Analysis of Police Mental Health in China
Police play an important role in maintaining and safeguarding social order,and their mental health cannot be ignored.Based on bibliometric analysis,a visual analysis was conducted on journal articles related to the mental health of Chinese police included in CNKI database from 1985 to 2023,providing an overall overview and micro analysis of the research hotspots on the mental health of Chinese police.The research results show that the mental health issues of Chinese police have received high attention and in-depth exploration from scholars.On the one hand,the research object and content are concentrated and the focus is prominent.The research mainly focuses on the psychological health issues of police officers such as public security officers and prison police,and focuses on providing coping measures from both individual and environmental perspectives.On the other hand,the research level is clear and the direction is clear.At present,it is mainly divided into research on the psychological health issues of Chinese police and research on the psychological health strategies of Chinese police.
