摘要
党建与业务的有机融合是马克思主义政治逻辑的内在要求.基于某系统基层党支部的实证研究发现,新时代基层党支部党建与业务融合的情形整体较好,但一定程度上存在融合不畅的问题:党建台账整理过程存在文牍主义现象,挤占业务时间;政治理论学习与业务实际结合不紧密;党建品牌创建出现形式主义等.推动基层党支部党建与业务融合发展,需要深刻认识党建与业务内在统一的底层逻辑;提升党支部的政治功能和组织功能;结合基层实际完善党支部考核制度.
Abstract
The organic integration of party building and daily operations is an inherent requirement of Marxist politi-cal logic.The empirical research of grassroots party branches in a system has found that the party building and daily operations integrates well in general in the new era,but there are also some problems to a certain extent.These problems include bureaucratism in the process of compiling party building records taking up daily operation time,the poor integration of political theory learning with daily operations,formalism in the creation of party building brands.To promote the integrated development of party building and daily operations of grassroots party branches,efforts should be made to have a profound understanding of the underlying logic of the unity of party building and daily operations,enhance the political and organizational function of party branches;and improve the assessment and incentive system of party branches at the grassroots level.
