Structured Modeling of Fraudulent Telephone Calls Based on Pragmatic Analysis
It is difficult to identify and prevent telephone frauds due to their changeable types.To interpret verbal tricks in telephone frauds,pragmatic analysis and structured description of fraud telephone scripts are carried out.After pragmatical goals of fraud telephones are made clear,this paper analyzes the necessary essential factors in fraud telephone scripts to achieve pragmatical goals,and functions and implementation measures of each factor.Finally,it introduces a structured model of fraudulent telephone calls built on analysis results,featuring fraudulent telephone calls'conversational structure,module function,implementation measures and content of modules.Based on the felicity conditions of speech act,the fraudulent telephone calls are structurally interpreted,providing theoretical basis for the design of automatic fraudulent telephone recognition algorithms with interpretability.
