现行消防审验框架下消防技术服务机构监管研究

摘要
为规范消防技术服务机构执业行为,提高其服务水平,加强对消防技术服务机构的监管十分必要.通过文献研究,分析消防技术服务机构存在问题以及从事建设工程消防审验工作壁垒.在此基础上,提出健全质量管理体系、完善服务标准、实施信用评价管理、构建消防审验技术服务管理平台等监管方法,以期为促进消防审验技术服务市场良性发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to standardize the practice behavior of fire protection technical service providers and improve their service level,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of them.On the basis of literature research and analysis of problems existing in fire protection technical service providers and the barriers to engaging in fire inspec-tion work of construction projects,this paper proposes some regulatory methods such as improving the quality management system and service standards,implementing credit evaluation management and constructing a fire inspection technology service management platform for fire protection technical service providers,in order to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of the fire protection technical service market.
