Optimization Method for Constructing Full Attendance Headquarters for Fire and Rescue
To optimize the fire and rescue command construction,a decision analysis method based on multi-objective optimization model is proposed.First,an analysis is made on the problems existing in the construction of the full attendance headquarters for fire and rescue.Second,an evaluation index system of characteristic capability for command personnel is built.Aiming at maximizing the competence of the personnel deployed in the positions of the fire and rescue command,an optimization model is established to obtain the optimal composition plan.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by specific cases.This method provides effective decision-making support for the establishment and optimal staffing of the full attendance headquarters.
