高校教师新一代网络信息获取能力提升策略

摘要
信息获取能力特别是新一代网络信息获取能力直接影响高校教师的教学质量和科研水平.采用访谈、问卷调查、数据分析等方法得到数据,通过逻辑回归分析对新一代网络环境下高校教师信息获取能力现状及其影响因素进行分析,总结出高校教师利用新一代网络的信息获取能力现状.进而提出激发高校教师内在学习动机、增强网络意识、学习和掌握获取工具与技术、提升信息筛选和鉴别能力、提高信息整合和创新应用能力等提升策略.
Abstract
The ability of information acquisition,especially the new generation of network information acquisition,directly affects the teaching quality and scientific research level of university teachers.By means of interview,questionnaire and data analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of college teachers'information acquisition ability under the new generation network environment by means of logistic regression analysis,and sums up the present situation of university teachers'ability of obtaining information by using the new generation network.Finally,some strategies are put forward,such as arousing the intrinsic motivation of university teachers,enhancing the awareness of network,learning and mastering the tools and techniques,improving the abil-ity of information screening and discrimination,and improving the ability of information integration and innovative application.
