摘要
全媒体时代的媒介化语境为宣传思想文化工作提供了技术、渠道支持,也赋予其新的时代特征.在新的历史条件下,"讲好警察故事"要符合当代传播规律,借助互联网信息技术,从命题设置、叙事视角、叙事语态、视听语言以及目标受众等叙事要素和传播环节,构建更加贴近受众的话语理念与实践体系,提升公安宣传思想文化工作实效性.
Abstract
The media context of the all-media era provides technical and channel support for promoting ideological and cultural work,endowing it with new characteristics of the times.In the new historical era,"telling police stories well"needs to comply with contemporary communication laws,and make use of Internet information technology to construct a more accessible discourse concept and practical system with narrative elements and communication links such as proposition setting,narrative perspective,narrative voice,audio-visual language,and target audience,in order to enhance the effectiveness of public security propaganda work.
