公安院校"双一流"建设中校友资源开发策略

摘要
通过对公安院校校友工作实际开展情况的调研,归纳出公安院校校友资源具有资源与办学需求高度吻合、精神资源是最重要资源、校友资源发掘潜力巨大三个特征,基于反哺和"校友力"理论提出公安院校校友资源开发理论模型.模型认为,母校与校友之间存在正哺与反哺的资源交换循环,校友资源的开发分为情感根植、价值培育、资源开发三个阶段,在各阶段要充分发挥校友文化力、共情力、感恩力、资源力和驱动力.开发工作要适应和匹配公安院校"双一流"发展目标,校友资源的培育、养成、开发要与校友在情感共鸣、荣誉共享、资源共建的良性互动中协同发展.
Abstract
Based on the survey of public security alumni work actual situation,this paper sums up the characteristics of public security colleges and universities'alumni resource,namely the high compatibility of the resources and the educational demand,the important spiritual resources and the great potential of alumni resources.The theoretical model of alumni resources development in police colleges and universities is proposed based on the theory of feedback and alumni power.The model suggests that there is a resource exchange cycle of positive feeding and reverse feeding between the alma mater and alumni.The development of alumni resources can be divided into three stages:emotional connection,value cultivation and resource development.At each stage,alumni should give full play to their cultural influence,empathy,gratitude,resources and driving force.The development of alumni resources should adapt to and match the"Double First Class"development goal of those colleges and universities.The cultivation,nurturing,and development of alumni resources should be synergized with alumni in a positive interaction of emotional resonance,honor sharing and resource construction.
