摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,通过拆除城中村、改造老旧小区等方式进行城市改造已成为城市发展建设的重要途径.城市改造中出现的违建房、待拆房、腾空房、管理留用房、过渡房等"五房"消防管理问题日益突出,在剖析几起典型火灾基础上,指出城市改造中存在新型业态管理困难、动态管理跟进不够等问题,并从拆除违法违章建筑、数字赋能综合治理、加强消防基础建设等方面提出相应解决对策.
Abstract
With the advancement of urbanization,urban regeneration by demolishing urban villages and renovating old residential buildings has become an important way of urban development and construction.In the process of urban regeneration,the fire safety management issues of"five houses",namely illegal houses,houses to be demolished,vacated houses,houses reserved for management,and transitional houses are becoming increasingly prominent.On the basis of analyzing several typical fires,this paper points out that there are problems such as dif-ficulties in the management of new businesses and insufficient follow-up of dynamic management,and puts forward corresponding solutions including demolishing illegal buildings,comprehensive management with digital empower-ment,and strengthening fire protection infrastructure.
