Participation of Technical Service Agencies in Fire Inspection and Acceptance Mode
Since the housing and construction departments took over the fire inspection and acceptance functions of construction projects,there have existed such problems as the shortage of professional personnel,low pass rate of fire inspection and acceptance,and the need for refining the fire inspection review mechanisms.Based on the analysis of those problems,this paper puts forward a new fire inspection and acceptance mode with the participation of technical service agencies in the whole process of fire construction quality inspection,completion acceptance fire inspection,fire acceptance document review,on-site assessment of the acceptance,and the guidance and supervi-sion of the housing and construction departments,so as to provide a reference for the fire inspection and acceptance work in China.
