Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Firefighter's Whole Career Training Mechanism
Firefighter professional development started relatively late in China.The lack of scientificity and systematicness in the training mechanism and training system of the whole career of firefighters leads to the deficien-cies in the theory and skill learning before and after the induction of firefighters,which tends to result in a large proportion of casualties in the handling of various kinds of disasters.In addition,the development of fire training is restricted to a certain extent by the imperfection of the professional qualification and the revision of the standard and specification system in the field of firefighting.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the vocational training of firefight-ers,by creating an integrated platform of industry,academia,and research,improving the training system for firefighters'career,so as to assist the development of the fire industry.
