Educational Reform of Virtual Reality Experiment Teaching in Fire Command Major from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts
The construction of the new liberal arts has put forward higher requirements for the teaching of fire com-mand major,and the virtual reality experiment teaching project can promote the educational reform of this major with the use of modern information technology.This paper introduces the necessity and practicability of the virtual reality experiment teaching in the School of Rescue Command of China People's Police University with the fire command major as a pilot program.Based on the combination of scenario-constructive theory and virtual reality technology,the"Virtual Reality Experiment of Early Fire Design and Disposal in High-Rise Residential Buildings"was designed and developed.The teaching effect of the experiment was discussed.Finally the countermeasures for improving the construction and sharing of virtual reality experiment teaching resources are put forward,including optimizing the professional curriculum system,building high-level teaching teams and promoting exchanges and cooperation.
