Study on Pathways of Integrating Community Policing into Community Governance Based on Actor-Network Theory
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China responded to the profound changes in social governance practice in the new era, emphasizing the construction of a social governance com-munity where everyone fulfills their responsibilities and shares in the benefits. In this context, the research on the path of integrating community policing into community governance is not only in line with the actual needs of the primary level, but also in line with the good governance logic of primary-level governance. From the perspective of the actor-network theory, this paper analyzes the problems of the incompatibility between community policing and community governance, namely insufficient cooperation of multiple actors, insufficient empowerment of consensus hubs, and limited platform space, and puts forward an optimization path from three aspects:extensive mobilization, driving force injection, and fusion means.
