Police College Students Growth Motivation Study on Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Action
As an endogenous psychological motivation,growth motivation plays an important role in the overall development of college students.Based on the grounded theory,it is believed that external situational stimuli and internal cognitive processing factors jointly affect the growth motivation of police college students.The recognition and support of the school and the positive influence of the family provide a good external environment to meet the needs of students'self-realization and improve their self-efficacy.Students'individual psychological capital and professional identity provide positive energy to adapt to strict supervision and management and stimulate growth motivation.However,the excessive management and supervision of the school and the bad intervention of the parents destroy the students'self-control ability and hinder the growth motivation.Among them,positive experi-ence feedback is the premise of triggering the growth motivation,the influential factors of growth motivation have the effect of"internal and external interaction",the decisive effect varies from person to person,and the utilitarian attitude is the deep reason affecting the growth motivation.
