Research on Police Synthetic Combat Mechanism Construction of Public Security Organs Based on Cooperative Vision
It is an important measure to fully integrate police resources and greatly improve the effectiveness of police operations to vigorously promote the construction of police synthetic combat mechanism.This paper examines the current situation of police synthetic combat mechanism construction from the perspective of cooperation,analyzes the three synthetic dimensions of synthetic command,synthetic resources and synthetic force with a problem-oriented approach,and puts forward the"pulse"of the dilemma of quasi-police synthetic combat mechanism construction.By refining the elements of police synthesis,the police synthesis combat mechanism with the objectives of information sharing,command and decision,command and dispatch,force building,comprehensive guarantee and"war recovery"is constructed,so as to continuously enhance the collaborative effectiveness of police synthesis combat and optimize the police synthesis combat mechanism.
