Operation Status,Dilemma and Optimization Path of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation Offices at Primary Level
The establishment of investigation supervision and cooperation offices marks a new stage of supervision and cooperation between prosecutors and police officers.However,based on the current operational status at the primary level,the accuracy of supervision and the depth of collaboration still need to be improved.The blockage of supervision and the ineffective operation of some collaboration mechanisms still hinder their effective functioning.How to deal with the dilemma of insufficient joint efforts between prosecutors and police officers is also another chal-lenge faced by the investigation supervision and cooperation offices.Therefore,it is necessary to make multi-pronged efforts to improve the level of substantive supervision,break through the barriers of supervision by sharing information,enhance collaborative synergy by continuously optimizing the cooperation mechanism,so that the supervision capability and collaboration level of the investigation supervision and cooperation offices can be improved.
