语篇语义视域下涉外警务应急救援沟通话语研究

摘要
以系统功能语言学语境与语言层次观为出发点,基于语篇语义系统,构建涉外警务应急救援沟通话语分析框架,用以分析涉外警务应急救援沟通各阶段的语篇语义特征和词汇语法特点,并在此基础上探讨如何增强警察的应急救援外语能力.涉外警务应急救援沟通话语的语类各阶段可以由概念、联接、评价、协商、周期和辨识六个语篇语义维度实现,在语言层面上由体现概念意义、人际意义和语篇意义的词汇语法资源来表达,进而强化涉外警务应急救援沟通准确、快速、清晰和安抚的话语特征.从叙事能力、协商能力、组篇能力和生存外语能力四方面提高警察的应急救援外语能力,有助于构建更高效的涉外警务应急救援沟通模式,为提升国家应急外语服务能力提供语言学支持.
Abstract
An analytical framework for cross-border law enforcement emergency rescue communication is constructed based on the discourse semantic system from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics and language hierarchy.This framework is used to analyze the discourse semantic features and lexical-grammatical characteristics of various stages of foreign-related emergency rescue communication in police services.The results show that each stage of the foreign-related police emergency rescue communication genre can be realized by the discourse semantic systems of ideation,conjunction,appraisal,negotiation,identification and periodicity;and lexicogrammar resources conveying ideational,interpersonal and textual meanings at linguistic level,can strengthen the discourse features of accuracy,rapidity,clarity and pacification in the emergency rescue communication.Enhancing the police's foreign language proficiency in terms of narrative,negotiation,composition and survival is conducive to the construction of a more efficient communication mode for foreign-related police emergency rescue.This research is hoped to provide linguistic support for improving the emergency foreign language service ability in China.
