数字孪生视域下举高消防车全寿命保障技术研究

现代信息技术背景下,为更好发挥举高消防车的作战效能,延长其使用寿命,促进举高消防车全寿命保障的数字化、智能化升级,通过分析现有举高消防车保障工作现状,结合举高消防车使用经验,设计了包含保障性设计、仿真试验、运行与维护、数字化训练和任务规划为主的举高消防车全寿命数字孪生保障技术体系框架,并提出数字孪生技术在运维保障阶段应用的具体办法.利用该框架可以充分利用举高消防车全寿命过程中产生的各种数据,实现全寿命保障的数字化,助力数字孪生技术在举高消防车全寿命保障领域的应用.
Research on Life-cycle Support Technology of Aerial Firefighting Vehicles from the Perspective of Digital Twin
In the context of modern information technology,efforts should be made to promote the digital and intel-ligent upgrading of full life cycle support of aerial firefighting vehicles in order to better exert its combat effective-ness,prolong its service life.In view of the current situation of the support of the aerial firefighting vehicles,draw-ing upon the operational experience of such vehicle,a life-cycle digital twin support technology system framework is designed,including support design,simulation test,operation and maintenance,digital training and task planning.The specific methods for the application of digital twin technology in the support stage of operation and maintenance are proposed.This framework can realize the digitization of the life cycle support with various data generated during the vehicle's whole life,and help the application of digital twin technology in whole life support.
