FPV drone is a kind of UAV in theory.It is a multi-rotor UAV that has emerged in recent years.Compared with ordinary UAV,it has the characteristics of high speed,self-assembly and instability(unstable hovering).Because the development of FPV drone started late in China,the laws and regulations have not been timely updated,and there is no clear definition,classification,or specified management department for it,thus bringing great security risks to the on-site security work.Therefore,based on the exposed problems and the characteristics of security work,this paper puts forward some measures,such as clearly defining FPV drone in law,bringing it into the scope of legal supervision,strictly managing the production,sales and use of it and its parts,strengthening the operation training and real-name registration,setting up a drone team in the security and protec-tion department,and constructing a"full participation protection"pattern,so as to eliminate the on-site security risks brought by FPV drone and ensure absolute safety.
