Urban Integration and Co-construction Mechanism of Academies and Bureaus from the Perspective of Collaborative Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region—A Case Study of China People's Police University
Promoting the integration of public security organs and public security academies within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not only a necessary requirement for adhering to the development strategy of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also an important measure to vigorously promote moderniza-tion of public security work.Based on the analysis of the background,connotation and construction goals of the urban integration,this paper takes China People's Police University as an example to propose such practical paths as deepening top-level design to improve guarantee mechanism,emphasizing science and technology to innovate development mechanisms,focusing on joint talent cultivation to improve sharing mechanisms,adhering to real combat orientation to strengthen linkage mechanisms,strengthening process management to improve implementation mechanisms,conducting effectiveness evaluation to establish feedback mechanisms.
