摘要
在概述经济犯罪新特点和侦查困境基础上,分析区块链技术在提升打击经济犯罪质效方面的潜力.通过对区块链技术在经济犯罪侦查中的具体应用及重点领域的详细阐释,揭示其在数据追踪、证据保全及信息安全等方面的独特优势.然而,该技术的应用也面临着一系列挑战,如技术成熟度与普及度、隐私保护与数据共享等问题.针对这些挑战,提出构建基于区块链的数据共享与协作体系、完善区块链技术应用的法律框架等一系列创新应对策略,以更有效地打击经济犯罪,保护社会经济秩序的稳定与安全.
Abstract
On the basis of outlining the new characteristics of economic crimes and the difficulties in investigation,this paper analyzes the potential of blockchain technology in enhancing the efficiency of combating economic crimes.Through a detailed elaboration of the specific applications and key areas of blockchain technology in the investigation of economic crimes,its unique advantages in data tracking,evidence preservation,and information security are rev-eled.However,the application of this technology also faces a series of challenges,such as technical compatibility and popularity,privacy protection and data sharing.In response to these challenges,a series of innovative strategies are proposed,including building a blockchain-based data sharing and collaboration system,improving the legal framework for the application of blockchain technology,in order to effectively combat economic crimes and protect the stability and security of the socio-economic order.
