The Construction of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Application System Based on Police Practice
With the rapid development and popularization of unmanned aerial vehicle technology, its application in police operations has become increasingly widespread and important.Based on analyzing the significance of unmanned aerial vehicles in police operation applications, this paper explores the challenges in their application, such as insufficient integration with public security information systems, incomplete dispatch and management systems, lack of cross-departmental coordination mechanisms, and inadequate legal framework and regulatory institutions. In response to these challenges,it is proposed to strengthen the organizational system, hardware and software support, and personnel training, focus on enhancing the four core capabilities namely practical response, efficient police handling, comprehensive control, and comprehensive support. It also proposes establishing five mechanisms, including air-ground joint logistics linkage, efficient emergency dispatch, regular practical training and on-site exercises,long-term operation and maintenance management, and comprehensive education and train-ing.The purpose is to build an unmanned aerial vehicle application system based on practical policing, form a complete"air-ground integrated"combat system, establish deep applications in various scenarios, and focus on creating a new growth pole for public security combat effectiveness.
