新时代高校教师教学质量评价体系研究

进入新时代,全社会对高等教育质量提出了更高要求,其中教育评价改革是重要的热点问题.聚焦高校教师教学质量评价体系建构问题,采用德尔菲法初步拟制质量评价指标,面向河北省部分高校进行问卷调查,根据调查结果进行数据分析,进一步优化评价指标.采用层次分析法对8个一级指标和41个二级指标进行分析,合理确定各评价指标的权重,从而构建了较为科学合理的高校教师教学质量评价体系.从具体指标的定量分析、横向分析、纵向分析等3个视角给出评价体系的应用场景,以期对高校教师教学质量评价工作提供有益借鉴.
Research on the Evaluation System of Teaching Quality for University Teachers in the New Era
In the new era,Chinese society has put forward new and higher requirements for the quality of higher education,among which the reform of educational evaluation is an important hot topic.This paper focuses on the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of university teachers.The Delphi method was used to preliminary design the quality evaluation indicators.A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting some universi-ties in Hebei Province.Based on the survey results,data analysis was performed to further optimize the evaluation indicators.In this paper,AHP was used to analyze 8 primary indicators and 41 secondary indicators,reasonably determining the weights of each evaluation indicator,and then a kind of more scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the teaching quality of university teachers was constructed.Finally,the application scenarios of the evalu-ation system were given from three perspectives:quantitative analysis,horizontal analysis and vertical analysis of specific indicators.This paper provided useful reference for the teaching quality evaluation work of university teach-ers.
