Logical Level and Practical Path of Cultivating Police Cadets'Professionalism in Public Security Academies—From the Perspective of Emotional Education Theory
Cultivating the professionalism of police is the inherent requirement of talent training in public security academies,affecting the professionalism formation of the future police force to a certain extent.From the perspective of emotional education,it is more theoretically coherent and logically consistent to explore the professionalism educa-tion of police in public security academies.Emotional pedagogy believes that there is an inherent progressive relationship between"emotion-feeling","experience-understanding",and"value systematization-personalization"which internalizes into a stable personality structure on the basis of feeling and experience.The cultivation of police professionalism undergoes a gradual gradient process from feeling to experience and then to personality shaping.This paper proposes the practical path of"constructing scenarios with emotion,inducing emotion with action,and cultivating emotion with emotion"to conform to the characteristics of students'emotional and psychological changes and development,and strengthen students'emotional feelings by creating a situational atmosphere;carrying out extracurricular activities to enrich students'emotional experience and stimulate student'self-conscious construc-tion of police professionalism,in order to build a hierarchical,sequential and diverse education system.
