Bridging the Practical Gaps in Public Security Services in the Digital Age:Pathways for Optimization
In the digital age,national macro strategies and emerging sciences and technologies have created condi-tions for the iterative upgrading of public services in terms of concepts,service models,service content.A series of policies on public security services provide guidelines for public security agencies to carry out related work.However,in the practice of carrying out these services,public security agencies need to make adjustments in terms of ideology,digital resources,system adaptation,power integration.Therefore,this paper proposes digital empowerment optimization paths based on multidimensional evidences,including strengthening service awareness through political work and pilot projects,breaking down power barriers through process reengineering and cross-domain governance,leveraging efficiency improvements through technological empowerment and talent introduc-tion,and responding to public expectations through system building and full-process supervision.The goal is to provide inspiration for public security agencies across the country to meet the development needs of the digital age and improve the quality and efficiency of public security services.
