摘要
在智慧警务建设背景下,警务决策正经历着由传统决策模式向数据驱动决策模式的转型.当前,公安机关的大数据技术水平和基础设施建设取得了初步成果,但仍存在数据共享不畅、警务平台复杂、数据使用简单等问题,一定程度上阻碍着智慧警务决策的达成.为进一步增强公安机关的警务决策能力,在总结提炼既有警务决策体系建设经验的基础上,嵌入"数据—智慧"决策模型,构建"数据—智慧"警务决策体系,从而增强警务决策数据挖掘与应用能力,优化智慧警务决策模式,推动新时代警务决策智能化、精准化、长效化发展.
Abstract
In the context of smart policing construction,policing decision-making is undergoing a transformation from a traditional decision-making mode to data-driven one.The current level of big data technology and infrastructure construction in public security organs have achieved preliminary results,but there are still problems such as poor data sharing,complex police platforms,and limited data usage,which hinder the achievement of smart policing decision-making.In order to further enhance the policing decision-making capability of public security organs,this paper summarizes the existing experience in the construction of policing decision-making systems,proposes constructing a"Data-Wisdom"policing decision-making system with"Data-Wisdom"decision model embedded,thereby enhancing the capability to mine and apply policing decision-making data,optimizing the intel-ligent police decision-making mode,and promoting the smart,precise,and long-term development of policing decision-making in the new era.
