摘要
为研究木材种类与涂覆厚度对膨胀型防火涂料阻燃性能的影响,利用锥形量热仪对涂覆处理后的榆木、杉木、香樟木、松木、桐木的热释放速率及产烟速率等性能参数进行测量.研究发现:基材本身的理化性能会对燃烧阶段的烟和热释放产生影响,35 kW∙m-2辐射强度下,桐木试样的热稳定性最差,其余木材无明显区别;在涂覆厚度有限变化中,涂层越厚,阻燃隔热效果越好,5层涂覆处理工艺足以对所测试样提供有效保护,实际应用时具有最高性价比.
Abstract
In order to study the effects of wood species and coating thickness on the flame retardancy of intumescent fire-retardant coatings,a cone calorimeter was used to measure the heat release rate and smoke production rate of elm,fir,camphor,pine and paulownia wood after coating treatment.It was found that the physicochemical proper-ties of the substrate itself had an impact on the smoke and heat release during combustion.Under the radiation intensity of 35 kW∙m-2,the thermal stability of the paulownia sample is the worst,with no significant difference between the other wood samples.With the limited variation of coating thickness,the thicker the coating,the better the flame retardant and thermal insulation effect.The five-layer coating treatment process is enough to provide effec-tive protection for the tested samples,and has the highest cost performance in practical application.
