竖直防火隔离带对建筑外保温材料壁面火蔓延影响研究

Study on the Influence of Vertical Fire Barrier on Spread of External Thermal Insulation Material Wall Fires

研究室外风条件下竖直防火隔离带的阻火效果,采用挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)作为建筑外保温材料、岩棉作为竖直防火隔离带材料,开展中尺寸壁面火试验,分析风向、风速和隔离带宽度对壁面火蔓延特性的影响.研究表明:在室外风条件下,竖直防火隔离带阻火效果较好,当风速为1.5 m·s-1时,8 cm宽的竖直防火隔离带能够有效阻火;当风速增加到2.5 m·s-1时,在0°、30°、90°三种风向工况下,12 cm宽的竖直防火隔离带能够有效阻火.
This paper studies the fire-retardant effect of vertical fire barrier under wind conditions.With extruded polystyrene foam(XPS)used as thermal insulation material of the external wall and rock wool as vertical fire barrier material,a medium-sized wall fire test was carried out to analyze the influence of wind direction,wind speed and barrier width on the wall fire spread characteristics.The results show that vertical fire barriers have good performance under wind conditions.When the wind speed is 1.5 m·s-1,8 cm-wide vertical fire barrier can effectively prevent fire.When the wind speed increases to 2.5 m·s-1,12 cm-wide vertical fire barrier can effectively prevent fire under wind directions of 0,30 and 90 degrees.
