摘要

火灾现场罐体状态受火情影响不断变化,通过实时监测罐体顶部形变量变化,并结合罐体温度来判断其所处状态,实现对火灾情况下罐体状态的动态监测预警.应用蒸气云爆炸模型对固定顶油罐爆炸危害后果进行分析并划分爆炸危害范围,推演提出一种"温度—形变量"爆炸预警方法,一定程度上为消防救援人员科学制定行动方案及预警爆炸时刻奠定理论基础,提供一种科学合理的参考依据.

Abstract

The status of the tank at the fire scene is constantly changing due to the fire situation.Monitoring in real-time the deformation of the tank's top and the temperature of the tank can help achieve dynamic tank status monitor-ing and early warning.This article uses steam cloud explosion model to analyze the explosion hazards consequences of fixed roof oil tanks and delineate the explosion hazards range.On such basis,it proposes a"temperature-deformation variable"explosion early warning method,which to some extent lays a theoretical foundation for fire rescue personnel to formulate scientific action plans and alert the explosion ahead of time,and provides a reasonable and scientific theoretical reference.
