摘要
作为推动构建现代化警务运行模式的重要牵引,"情指行"一体化运行机制对新型警务人才培养工作提出新的更高要求.在新形势下,公安院校应聚焦新型警务人才六大核心素质能力,推动全方位协同育人,强化组织领导、分类施策、落地见效、效益评估等工作保障,打造衔接顺畅、运行高效的"五位一体"人才培养共同体,加快推进公安高等教育高质量发展.
Abstract
As a crucial driver in promoting the construction of a modern policing operation model,the"intelligence,command,and action"integrated operation mechanism poses new and higher demands on the training of new-type police talents.Under the new circumstances,police colleges and universities should focus on the six core competen-cies of new-type police talents,promote comprehensive collaborative education,strengthen organizational leader-ship,implement targeted measures,ensure effectiveness,and conduct benefit assessments to create a smoothly con-nected and efficiently operating"five-in-one"talent training community,accelerating the high-quality development of higher education in public security.
