Diversified Management and Paths of Property Disposal in Criminal Cases
At present, there are some problems in the mode of disposition of property involved in criminal cases in China, such as unclear identification of property involved, improper management and property rights and interests can not be effectively protected. In the context of the large amounts of litigation, the disposal of property involved in criminal cases should not be limited to any single one of the three branch-es of public security, procuratorate and law courts, but should be considered from the perspective of diversified governance. From the three aspects of the pluralism of the subject, the effective upgrading of the governance process and the benign interaction of the governance content, the paper explains the specific application and future prospect of a diversified governance path in theprocess of disposal of such property.
