The concept of new quality productive forces proposed by General-Secretary Xi Jinping has significant theoretical significance and practical value.The concept should be understood historically and dialectically and be combined with dialectical materialism and the reality of the new-era China.As for the connotation,new quality productive forces are a new type of productivity that takes high-quality workers as the subject,intelligent tools as labor materials,various information resources as labor objects,and intelligent products as labor products;seen from the internal requirement perspective,the development of new productivity needs cultivating neo-quality talent,developing the industry of information and artificial intelligence,as well as promoting the intelligent transformation of traditional tertiary industries;seen from the perspective of the fundamental contradiction between productivity and production relations,the development of new quality productive forces needs optimizing the capital management system and mechanism,improving the employee management system,sharing the wealth of neo-qualitative labor,and building a global neo-qualitative economy jointly.
