Green Finance,Technological Progress Bias and Urban Low-carbon Transformation
Based on panel data spanning from 2010 to 2020 of 285 prefecture level cities, using fixed panel and fixed effect models and moderating effect models, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between green finance, technological progress bias, and urban low-carbon transformation. The results indicate that technological progress has a significant positive impact on urban low-carbon transformation;technological progress tends to have a stronger promoting effect on the low-carbon transformation of non-industrial cities;and green finance plays a moderating role in the impact of technological progress on urban low-carbon transformation.Key measures such as increasing support for low-carbon technological progress, implementing differentiated green development plans, and improving low-carbon industry development policies are proposed to promote urban low-carbon transformation and green sustainable development.
