The development of"Clear Action"plan has created good conditions for the rule of law governing cyber violence,and the diversified governance pattern will play a broader role in the governance of Internet violence under the unified framework of the"The Provisions on Governance of Cyber Violence Information".Taking J City,a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in China,as an example,this paper analyzes 310 survey samples,taking into consideration the interview data of the local Cyberspace Administration Office and the People's Courts,the main manifestations of cyber violence such as verbal insults,and in light of the current situation of the limited litigation ability of victims,their tendency to deal with cyber violence gently,and the lack of stable identification standards for cyber violence cases in judicial practice,this paper puts forward a multiple-governance path with a view to establishing a collaborative governance system from strengthening the publicity of the rule of law to promoting the co-governance of online platforms to overcoming the problems in judicial practice.
