摘要
古今中外普遍存在作为国家行为的翻译活动,但一直未得到合理辨识,因此国家翻译实践概念的提出引起学界共鸣.国家翻译研究历经多年发展,陆续生发出国家翻译能力、国家翻译制度、国家翻译规划、国家翻译话语等核心议题,以识解关涉国家翻译功用引发的议题.随着学术共同体推动"国家翻译学"构建,其研究议题愈发丰富,同时也催生了对相关概念追溯与辨析的需要.本研究旨在辩明"国家翻译学"的名与实,以期为更深入的国家翻译研究知识生产筑牢根基.
Abstract
Translation activity as a state act,common throughout history around the world,had never been identified aca-demically until the concept"guojia fanyi shijian"or state translation program in English was proposed.Ten years of theo-retical development has enabled State Translation Studies to generate diversified topics,including state translation capaci-ty,state translation system,state translation planning and state translation discourse,to explore the roles state translation playing in the state construction.With the academic community promoting the field of"State Translation Studies",the increasing richness of its research topics necessitates a thorough examination and distinction of relevant concepts.This pa-per attempts to clarify the name and nature of State Translation Studies,aiming to build a solid foundation for its knowl-edge production.
