The interdisciplinary and composite nature of Business English necessitates an integrated approach to talent cultivation.Aligning with the evolving demands of the field of Business English and societal needs in the context of new liberal arts,integration has become a critical trend.This paper,based on the reform practices of interdisciplinary talent cultivation models in both domestic and foreign universities,explores the mechanisms of integration in Business English.It analyzes the significance and connotations of integrated talent cultivation and proposes the implementation strategies and specific plans for the integration of Business English talent cultivation.It is suggested that the cultivation of Business Eng-lish talents under the guidance of the integration mechanism is a systematic project,which needs the joint efforts of uni-versities,enterprises,governments and various sectors of society.The initiative should begin from the development of in-tegrated colleges,majors,courses,teaching materials,teachers,teaching resources platform and other aspects.
