话语意义关联一直是语义—语用界面研究的热点问题之一.本文拟采用分段式话语表征理论与框架网络相结合的方法,对话语的隐含信息进行分析,旨在探讨话语意义关联的内在动因.文章主要解决以下两个问题:第一,隐含信息如何链接话语中的话语表征;第二,隐含信息的值如何在话语中得到确认.通过话语间的修辞关系,隐含信息能够确定指称,进而使话语构成一个具有内部逻辑关系的整体.话语中未完全赋值的隐含信息,本质上是开放性的参数,可以由语境提供的默认值或框架网络提供的参数来确定.
Abstract
Implicit information derivation has long been a problem in semantics and pragmatics.This paper analyzes the implicit information in narrative constructions by combining Segmented Discourse Representation Theory(SDRT)and FrameNet.Two main questions are addressed:(i)How does implicit information link the discourse representations,and(ii)How is the value of implicit information determined in the process of discourse development?Results show that,by rhetorical relations between sentences,the reference of the implicit information can be assured,which makes the sentences a logically integrated whole.The unspecific information is an open parameter in nature,which can be figured out by the default value provided by context or the parameters provided by FrameNet.
