摘要
近现代翻译史侧重于文学翻译和文学翻译家的描写,很少反映其他领域的翻译和翻译家,对文学翻译家可能在别的领域的翻译贡献也语焉不详.本文提出跨类翻译家的概念:翻译内容跨两类或以上且有卓越贡献者;将翻译的门类按内容简化为四类:文学、文科(人文社科)、理科、工科.本文研究的目的在于还原一定历史条件下某些翻译家的真实面貌.
Abstract
The modern translation history focuses on the description of literary translation and literary translators,with little reflection on translators in other fields.The possible contributions of translators from other fields are also unclear.This paper proposes the concept of cross-category translators,who have made outstanding contributions in translation across two or more categories,which can be classified into four:literature,humanities and social sciences,science,and engineering.The purpose of the study is to reveal the authenticity of translation history and provide a full picture of translators under the historical conditions of the time.
