Language is the core of Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics and the analyses about lan-guage is filled with phenomenological spirit, the concept of lifeworld being especially crucial to Gadamer's view on language. This paper will analyze Gadamer's language view towards life-world from three dimensions.First, language meets lifeworld under ontological dimension.Sec-ond,language is the opportunity to be involved into lifeworld under the dimension of history.Third, language becomes the world where meaning rests under practical dimension.Thus,Ga-damer's language view towards lifeworld not only illustrates language deeply, but also enriches the theory of philosophical hermeneutics.
