在中华民族伟大革命和复兴的征程中,非通用语教育始终回应时代需求,响应国家号召,服务民族复兴,致力于培养外交、改革开放、构建人类命运共同体需要的人才,体现了专业教育中实施课程思政的历史必然性.新时代非通用语种专业人才培养,还需主动服务于"一带一路"建设和人类命运共同体的构建,处理好国家需求、学生个人发展与外语习得规律三要素的关系,把家国情怀的培养作为课程思政的核心要义.非通用语种专业课程思政建设要有大视野,并适应新文科背景下"价值塑造"和"自主知识体系构建"的要求,进行全方位、多维度的设计,打造好主力军、建设好课程链,推进一二三课堂联动.
A Study on Ideological and Political Instruction in Major Courses of Less Commonly Taught Languages(LCTLs):Mission,Passion and Vision
Along the path to the revolution and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,less commonly taught languages(LCTLs)education has made contributions to the talent cultivation for national diplomacy,reform and opening to the world and building a global community of shared future.It greatly meets the needs of the era,echoes the summons of the nation,and serves the rejuvenation of the nation,which implies a necessity of the implementation of ideological and political in-struction into its major courses.In modern times,talents in the field of LCTLs are cultivated to serve the Belt and Road initiative and the building of a global community of shared future through resolving the relations of nation needs,personal development and foreign language ac-quisition regularity.Centering on the cultivation of patriotism,the construction of ideological and political instruction in major courses for LCTLs needs a broad field of vision,realizing the requirements of"value shaping"and"independent knowledge system constructing"under the background of the new Liberal Arts.It needs a comprehensive and multidimensional design to develop a highly-qualified teaching staff,build well-developed course chains and implement a"first-second-third"classroom linkage.
