Clinical Conversation Analysis of ASD Rehabilitative Interaction:Multimodal Analytical Framework and Its Application
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects individuals'social interaction,communication abilities,and behavioral patterns.Conversation analysis(CA),as an interdisciplinary research method,offers unique advantages in dissecting the communica-tive details of ASD children during rehabilitation interactions and identifying their communica-tion barriers.This paper focuses for the first time on language rehabilitation interactions involv-ing ASD children within a Chinese cultural context.Based on repeated observations and analyses of a self-built multimodal ASD corpus,we construct a multimodal analytical framework for clini-cal conversation interactions involving ASD children.Through case analysis,we further reveal the unique application value of this analytical framework in understanding and promoting the communicative abilities of ASD children.
