摘要

为评估"产出导向法"云教研共同体学员阶段性发展状况,文秋芳和毕争(2024)提出了"云教研共同体学员发展性评估体系",将评估指向学员认知连接、社会连接和情感连接三个维度.其中,情感连接包含情感体验、情感互动和情感调节三项二级指标,如何应用这些抽象的指标来实施情感连接评估尚未可知.本研究以情感连接二级指标为理论起点,采用辩证研究范式,通过理论与实践的互动,将情感连接的二级指标细化为六项三级指标,并应用三级指标及其表征对学员情感连接进行发展性评估尝试,证实了在深度对话中学员自评、促研员反馈的评估路径的可操作性.本研究丰富了云共同体学员发展性评估指标体系.

Abstract

To evaluate the phased development of its members in the POA Cloud Community,Wen&Bi(2024)constructed a Developmental Assessment system encompassing three primary indicators,namely,Cognitive Interconnectedness(CI),Social Interconnectedness(SI),and Emotional Interconnectedness(EI).Among them,EI is further subdivided into three secondary indicators:emotional experience,emotional interaction,and emotional regulation.However,the theoretical system has not yet been put into practice.This study,therefore,aims to delve into the implementation of this EI framework by refining the secondary indicators into six tertiary ones through theory-and-practice interaction under the dialectical research paradigm.The tertiary indicators and their representations were then utilized to conduct tentative assessments,validating the feasibility of the assessment method,namely,participants' self-assessment with the facilitator's feedback through in-depth dialogue.This study contributes to the theoretical framework for assessing the development of Cloud Community members.
