摘要
"差异"辩证观是许钧翻译思想内蕴的突出特质之一,它常常与同中存异、异中求同、和而不同等思想本质相关,是一个描述与解释翻译之同与翻译之异辩证关系、意义再生、翻译生成以及价值多元化的统合性概念,其内涵包括"以和释译""以生释译"与"以用释译"等方面.无论是"以和释译"对翻译本质的总体把握,还是"以生释译"对翻译过程的动态理解,抑或是"以用释译"对翻译价值的辩证认识,都蕴含一种具有"和而不同"特质的"差异"辩证观."差异"辩证观是许钧翻译思想的基础性观念,是认识与理解当代中国翻译家思想的重要切入点,对推进中国主体性翻译理论体系建设有较强的认识论价值.
Abstract
The dialectical view of"difference"is one of the prominent properties of Xu Jun's transla-tion thought,which is fundamentally relevant to the thoughts of"pursuing commonality while acknowledging diversity","seeking similarities among differences"and"harmonizing while maintaining differences".This view serves as a comprehensive concept that describes and ex-plains the dialectical relationship between similarity and difference in translation,the regenera-tion of meaning,the process of translation generation,and the diversification of values.The dia-lectical view of"difference"can be unfolded into three interpretative modes:"interpreting trans-lation through harmony","interpreting translation through generation"and"interpreting transla-tion through practice".Whether in the comprehensive grasp on the nature of translation from the perspective of"viewing it through harmony",or in the dynamic understanding of the process of translation from the perspective of"viewing it through generation",or in the dialectic recogni-tion of the value of translation from the perspective of"viewing it through practices",Xu Jun's translation thought presented the dialectical view of"difference"characterized by"harmonizing while maintaining differences".This view is a fundamental concept in Xu Jun's translation thought and serves as an essential approach to understand the ideas of contemporary Chinese translators.It holds significant epistemological value for the construction of a theoretical frame-work for Chinese subjectivity in translation studies.
