With the aid of emerging technologies,digital platforms have gradually given rise to new forms of monopolistic behavior in market competition,such as algorithmic collusion,self-preferencing,and killer acquisitions.These practices are highly covert and present new challenges to antimonopoly regulatory enforcement.Current regulatory systems are struggling to cope with the digital platforms'diversified operations,leading to frequent regulatory arbitrage and regulatory vacuums.Additionally,the fragmentation and gaps in digital platform antimonopoly regulatory laws have resulted in suboptimal enforcement of the digital platform antimonopoly laws.Therefore,China's digital platform antimonopoly regulatory system must adhere to the principles of inclusive prudence and collaborative development,leverage emerging technologies to empower regulatory tools,establish a diversified regulatory model,reflect on and reconstruct digital platform antimonopoly regulatory laws,and construct a scientific and efficient digital platform antimonopoly regulatory system and mechanism.
