目的:系统了解癌症儿童家庭弹性影响因素,为今后的实证研究提供参考.方法:检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、Web of Science等12个数据库建库至2023年6月癌症儿童家庭弹性相关文献,根据纳入排除标准筛选文献,并对提取的数据进行整合和分析.结果:共纳入10篇横断面研究和1篇纵向研究,癌症儿童家庭弹性主要受社会人口学、压力源、家庭拥有的资源、认知4方面因素交互作用的影响.结论:未来需要开展有理论指导的双视角癌症儿童家庭弹性影响因素的前瞻性研究,并进一步挖掘和验证影响家庭弹性的各层面相关因素.
Influencing factors of family resilience in children with cancer:A systematic review
Objective:To obtain comprehensive knowledge of the factors influencing family resilience in children with cancer so as to provide reference for future empirical studies.Methods:Twelve databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science were searched for literature up to June 2023 about family resilience in children with cancer.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with the extracted data integrated for analysis.Results:Totally 11 pieces of literature were included,including 9 cross-sectional studies and 1 longitudinal study.The influencing factors of family resilience in children with cancer were grouped into four interacting dimensions:sociodemographics,stressors,family-owned resources,and cognition.Conclusion:In the future,it is necessary to conduct theoretically guided prospective studies on the factors influencing family resilience from the dual perspective of children with cancer and caregivers,and to further tap and examine the factors associated with all levels affecting family resiliency.
