As an innovative paradigm for open economic development model,the"Sweet Potato Economy"emphasizes the deep integration of enterprises with the local economy amidst global market expansion,facilitating the upgrading of the industrial chain.Through the deep analysis ventured into the prevailing conditions and evolving patterns of industrial chain transfer or migration within Zhejiang Province,and making research on the positive impact of the"Sweet Potato Economy"concept on high-quality regional economic development,consequently,it was found that Zhejiang Province had adeptly navigated the shift from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.Amid the backdrop of globalization,this paper advanced the argument for Zhejiang Province to fortify collaborations with international markets and formulate robust strategies for the industrial chain relocation and the cultivation of the"Sweet Potato Economy"development strategies,thus perpetuating the upscale transformation of the industrial chain.
